He is survived by: his significant other Diana Mellenthin (Parenti); his children, Laura Bookler (Tom), Ted Mellenthin (Deidre), Joe Mellenthin (Janet) and Mary Mellenthin; his grandchildren, Ryan Bookler (Traci), Michelle Dipping (James) and Marissa Mellenthin; his great grandchildren, Kyle, Krista Dipping, Benjamin, Ethan and Hannah Bookler; and his siblings, Margaretta Stanfar (Nicholas), Theodore Jr. Mellenthin (Helen), John Mellenthin (Patricia), William and Thomas Mellenthin. He is also survived by friends, and traveling with his wife and children.
