He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Fruin and Theresa Fruin (Lobner); his son Roger; his wife Marion; his grandson Grant Fruin; and his siblings, Bill, Sally Swetz and Marie Stroosma.
He is survived by: his children, Brent, Craig, Dan Fruin (Sue), Sylvia Mueller (Ron), Becky Fruin and Ross Fruin (Carol); his grandchildren, Matt (Jodi), Nathen (Samantha), Kate (Adam), Brent (Amber), Brian (Crystal), Scott (Sarah), Bradley (Jenna), Aaron (Natalie), Tonya (Brian), Craig (Bria), Hayden (Kenzie) and Emilie (Jeremiah); and his siblings, Lloyd Fruin, Ethel Passer, Marlene Furo and Pat Stuehler. He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in George's name may be directed to Transitions Hospice, 12040 Raymond Ct., Huntley, IL 60142.
