He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lemak and Mary Lemak; and his daughter-in-law Beth. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Tellone; his children, Jeannette Lemak, Julie Johnson (Jon), Anthony Rossobillo (Beth) and Deanna Mayer; his grandchildren, Valerie (Mike), Regina, Matthew (Allyssa), Jon (Lexy), Alex, Theodore and Gianna; and his siblings, Dorothy Mae Perry (LeRoy) and James Lemak (Lynda). He is also survived by his 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
