He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Jr. Wilkening and Irene Wilkening (Mueller); his wife Bonnie Puffpaff Wilkening; his daughter Traci Tasovac; and his great grandchild Brylee.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher Wilkening and Kelli Wilkening; his grandchildren, Samantha, Christopher, Thomas and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Arianna, Liam, Myla and Jayce; and his sisters, Barbara Schow (Sel), Sharon Blanton and Darlene Brown (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and family.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the American Kidney Fund, Trinity Lutheran Church, Huntley, or the charity of one's choice.
