He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McIntosh and Lydia McIntosh (Cash); his wife Pansy Ross; his sons, Frank III and Michael; and his sisters, Anna Marie and Mildred.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Alexandria Allendorf, Michelle McIntosh and Brooke McIntosh; his brother Thomas; his nieces, Charlotte, Theresa and Janice; and his nephew Tom.
