It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald W. Azarela (Huntley, Illinois), who passed away on December 20, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Azarela and Rose Azarela; his sister Patty; and his brother-in-law Bill. He is survived by: his pet Rocky; his wife Grace L. Ball; his children, Phillip Thompson (Michelle), Cheryl Sturtevant (Brad), Kimberly Azarela and Donald Azarela; and his siblings, Jackie, Steve (Maggie), Ken (Kathy), Linda (Michael) and Chuck (Heidi). He is also survived by his ten grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Policeman Memorial Fund.
