Donald Nauer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Nauer of Huntley, Illinois, who passed away on January 4, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Nauer and Helen Nauer; and his sister Arden Reed (Lee). He is survived by: his wife Ellen Nauer; his daughters, Tracey Morrissey (Kevin) and Meredith Duggan (Sean); his grandchildren, Jack, Ethan Duggan, Aidan and Keira Morrissey; and his sister Judy Schmauderer (Michael).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the DeFiore Funeral Home (10763 Dundee-Huntley Rd, Huntley, IL 60142). A prayer was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (10307 Dundee-Huntley Rd, Huntley, IL 60142).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
