He was predeceased by: his brother Darell Bellm. He is survived by: his wife Antoinette "Toni" Bellm; his sons, Tim Bellm (Karen), Matt Bellm (Susan) and Dave Bellm (Heidi); his grandchildren, Carissa, Jeremy and Jessica; and his siblings, David Bellm, Ray Bellm (Gina) and Karen Bellm.
