He is survived by: his wife Bernie; his daughters, Catherine Attapit (Sirirat), Denise Bittenbender (Mickey) and Kelly Hartmann (Dan); and his grandchildren, Malee (Kadin), Taylor (Kevin), Jason, Danielle, Zachary, Evan, Tyler, Chadin, Alixandra, Ryan and Carisa.
