He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Phillips and LaVerne Phillips (Taylor). He is survived by: his wife Janice Phillips; his sons, Todd Phillips (Janet Lindsey), Corey O'Neill (Steve) and Michael Phillips (Jacki); his grandchildren, Olivia, Jacob, Tristan, Josh, Stella, Tessa and Noah; and his extended family, Tanesha and Jackson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeFiore Funeral Home (10763 Dundee-Huntley Rd, Huntley, IL 60142). A prayer was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Autism Society of America.
