It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel F. Kozik of Huntley, Illinois, who passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kozik and Judith Kozik. He is survived by: his sisters, Diane Grafer (Scott) and Lisa DeVaux (Joe); his nieces, Katherine Crowe (Connor) and Meghan Yocum (Sean); and his great-nephew Joshua.
