She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Kelly and Edna Mae Kelly; her husband William "Russell" Dowell; her sons, Randy Dowell (Karen) and Rick Dowell (Lisa); her grandchildren, Lauren (Jeff), Jonathan, Chris (Mindy), Holly, Alyssa and Logan; her great grandchild Carson; her brother Michael Kelly (Sheryl); her sister-in-law Joan Kelly; and her brother Jack Kelly.
