She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Paul Jakubczak (Kerri), Pam Keaty (Bob) and Cindy Lis (Tom); her grandchildren, Kayla (Matt), Kollin, Ben, Alyssa, Matt, Sean, Danny, Angelica (Al), Tommy, Amelia and Cameron; and her siblings, Gene Novak (Joan), Lenny Novak and Monica Wilson (Joe). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
