He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Ronald Stroupe and Dorothy Stroupe (Olson); and his stepmother Mary Dwyer Stroupe. He is survived by: his brother Greg; and his cousins, John Dwyer (Judy Gundy), Maureen Kestner (Keith), Ellen Zenker (Michael), Tom Dwyer (Tanya) and Katy Dwyer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
