She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Witaske and Natalie Witaske; and her brother-in-law Bernard Petrick. She is survived by: her husband Richard Gawlik; her children, David Gawlik (Donna), Laura Nelson (Robert) and Glenn Gawlik (Melissa); her grandchildren, Brittany, Bryan, Georgia, Nicole and Paul; and her siblings, Raymond Witaske (Margaret) and Anita Petrick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
