He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Celestino Castellon and Delia Castellon; his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Castellon; his children, Carlos "Ted" Castellon, Jr. (Karen), Christopher Castellon (Mary Leaf) and Ashley James (Eric); his grandchildren, Brittany, Matthew, Andrew, Renee, Remy, Claire, Noah, Nathan, Archer and Anisa; his great grandchild Chloe; and his siblings, Dr. Celestino Castellon, Jr. (Marisa), Delia Castellon and Margarita Castellon. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and god-children.
