He is survived by: his wife Kathy Berry; his children, Jennifer Slad (Aaron), Jessica Berry and Erik Berry; his grandchildren, Evan (Lisa), Logan and Caden; his great grandchild Landon; his siblings, Jack (Debbie) and Denise; and his siblings-in-law, Laura (Ed), Charlie (Linda), Johnny (Phyllis) and Pat. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
