She is survived by: her husband Jack Mainiero; her sons, Charles Columbia (Julie), Robert Columbia (Cynthia) and Michael Columbia; her grandchildren, Ashley, David, Frankie and Kaitlyn; her great grandchildren, Marlee and Jude; her brother William Ford; and her sister-in-law Donna Ford.
