She was predeceased by: her husband John O'Connor (Pat); and her parents, Stanley Kolacki and Stella Kolacki. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly O'Connor, Nicole Baier (Tom), John O'Connor and Kitty Brayer (Scott); her grandchildren, Jaylen, Gracie and Isaiah Brayer; and her sister Pamela May (Chuck). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
