It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara E. Bender of Huntley, Illinois, who passed away on November 19, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Snedeker and Norma Snedeker; her son Bret Bender; and her brother Robert. She is survived by: her spouse Gene Bender; her children, Sean Bender (Cheryl) and Michele Elliott; her grandchildren, Jenna Elliott, Colin Elliott and Shea Bender; and her brother Richard Snedeker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
