He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Colonel Clarence J. and Wanda Baldwin; his daughters, Kim Rouse, Wren McNiel and Mara Kalnins; his grandchildren, Brian Estrada, Jessie McNiel, Nicholas McNiel, Cameron Rouse and Taylor Rouse; his great grandchildren, Benji and Carter; his sister Sidney Miller; his wife Inara Baldwin; his daughter Ligita Estrada; and his brother Stanley Baldwin. He was also cherished by daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
