He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Norma Jean Bell; his wife Sara Sue Bussart Bell; his mother Norma Jean Rardin of Kansas, IL; his daughter Christina Dawn Bell of Hume, IL; his grandchildren, Jazzalyn Ward of Fairmount, IL, Kacey Bell of Hume, IL and Kylie Bell of Tuscola, IL; his great grandchildren, Waylon and McKenna; his siblings, Bryan Rardin (Penny) of Dietrich, IL, Sherry Simpson (Mike) of Kansas, IL, Kim Brookins of Kansas, IL and Edward Rardin of Kansas, IL.; his son Anthony Wayne Bell; and his brother Joseph Rardin.
