She was predeceased by: her father Levi J. Chupp; her husband Alvin J. Otto; her mother Easther C. Chupp (Gingerich); her stepmother Eliza Schrock (Alvin Otto); her son Leroy A. Otto; her great grandchild Kara Marie Otto; her siblings, Floyd Chupp, Elvin Chupp and Mary Ann Schrock; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Schrock (Yoder) and Verna Chupp (Otto).
She is survived by: her children, Nelson Ray Otto of Humboldt, IL, Howard A. Otto (Betty Louise) and Annie Marie Miller (Andy William); her siblings, Melvin L. Chupp of Arcola, IL, Harvey L. Chupp (Mary Louise) and Lydia Palmer of Arthur, IL; and her brother-in-law Levi Schrock of Sullivan, IL.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
