He is survived by: his spouse Carmen Diaz; his children, Raul Diaz (Rosa) and Delfino Diaz (Lucy); his stepdaughters, Ana Reyes (Edwin) and Luz Letamendi (Eddie); his grandchildren, Brianna, Raul Jr., Lilianna, Alana, Alexa, Stephanie, Ralph and Eduardo; his great grandchild Sinaiya; and his siblings, Carmen Diaz (late Crescencio), Miguel Diaz (Teresa), Rafael Diaz (Hilda), Refugio Diaz of Pantojas, Maria Esther Baltazar (Juan), Manuel Diaz, Margarita Barajas (Alfredo) and Francisco Diaz (Maria). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
