She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sr. Smith and Sandra Jean Smith (Johnson). She is survived by: her former husband Arthur Burch Jr.; her husband Butch of Humboldt, IL; her children, Tammy Maggi (Michael) of Champaign, IL, Ashley Burch (Joe Chounard) of Windsor, IL and John Burch (Ceirra) of Windsor, IL; and her sisters, Kathy Decker of Missouri, Peggy Edwards (Dunn) of Louisiana and Jan Tucker of Gina, IL.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
