He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Roy and Marjorie Cecilia Hulett (Bloomfield); his siblings, Harold "Cookie" Hulett, Phillip Hulett, Idell Waller, Shirley Miller, Charles Hulett and Richard Wayne Hulett; and his children-in-law, Kelly Lynn Hulett and Eddie Le Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Madonna Marie Scrimpsher; his children, William Guy Hulett, Jr. of Barry, IL and Tina Marie Anderson of Marion, IL.; and his siblings, Mary Lee Rees, Nancy Patterson and David Roy Hulett. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren; 21 Great-Grandchildren.
