It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shawn Dale Meyer of Hull, Illinois, who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Dee Anna Meyer; and his great-nephew Pravyn McBride. He is survived by: his parents, Bernard Meyer and Delores Meyer (Duncan); his wife Brigitte Butler; his son Dustin Meyer of Quincy, IL; his stepdaughter Stephanie Little of Barry, IL; his grandchildren, Austin Meyer of Hannibal, MO, Eli Meyer of Hannibal, MO, Tyler Little of Barry, IL, Dakota Meyer of St. Louis, MO, Tristan Wood of Barry, IL and Layla Wood of Barry, IL; and his brother Lance Meyer of Hull, IL. He is also survived by 3 nieces and 1 nephew.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hull United Methodist Church - Hull (350 IL-106, Hull, IL 62343).

Memorials are suggested to assist with final expenses.
