We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2023, at the age of 67, Kevin Ray Howell of Hull, Illinois, born in Hannibal, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Howell and Nellidene Fusselman Howell; his siblings, Richard Howell, Russell Howell and Raydene Miller (Elbert Miller); his siblings-in-law, Ruby Howell, Tommy Calvery, Fred Fleener and Steve Orr; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Naomi Hagerman.
He is survived by: his wife Clara Faye Hagerman; his children, Jennifer Hart (Tim), Nellidene Sutherland (Joe), Kevin Howell (Kathy), Kristina Meyer (Adam), Levi Howell (Ocean) and Nicholas Howell (Allison); his siblings, Ronald Howell (Nora), Rodger Howell (Patti) and Roberta Rodgers (Earl); his grandchildren, Sydney Hart, Alyssa Hart, Myranda Hart, Andrew Hart, Kelsey Hart, Josey Hart, Henry Sutherland, Samuel Sutherland, Kevin Joseph Howell, Savana Howell, Addisyn Howell, Matthew Howell, Eli Meyer, Brady Meyer and Rory Howell; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Howell and Hyla Howell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
