It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith K. Norvell Smith of Hull, Illinois, born in Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on February 1, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Estel Marion Norvell and Tonica Odelene Chase Norvell. She is survived by: her husband Jim Smith; her daughter Melissa "Lisa" Smith of Hull, IL; her son-in-law Richie Smith of Kinderhook, IL; her grandchildren, Lauren Smith, Kristen Smith (Devin Ruble) and Garrett Smith (Lonita Ash); her great grandchildren, Chance Smith and Quinn Ruble; and her siblings-in-law, Carla Alexander and Alan Alexander.
