He was predeceased by: his father James Salz; his sister Tami Salz; and his grandparents, Arnold and Helen Salz. He is survived by: his children, Kyle Salz of Dillon, CO, Kalin Salz (Haley) of Minonk, IL and Kennedi Salz (Bailey Real) of Henry, IL; his sisters, Kim Puetz (Bill) of Leonore, IL, Tanya Hoffmann of Peru, IL and Nikki Hoffmann (Mike Bird) of LaSalle, IL; and his mother Linda Hoffmann (Mike Joerger) of LaSalle, IL. He is also survived by his wife and children.
