He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Fogler and Albert Fogler; his brother Clarence; his parents-in-law, James and Polly Wherley; and his sister-in-law Carolann Wherley Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Fogler; his daughter Lucinda "Lucy" Cheyenne Waller (Joshua); and his grandchildren, Ian, Alexandria Rexroat, Marissa Rexroat, Jaleaha, Maleah Hatchett, Tucker and Mason Waller.
