With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilynn McNamee Elvidge (Hudson, Illinois), who passed away on August 10, 2020 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marilynn McNamee Elvidge to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her father Ralph Kline of Hoopeston; her husband Ross Elvidge of Hoopeston; and her siblings, Ralph Kline and Marjorie Schuler. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Holder (Mike) of Hudson, Debbie Thompson (Don) of Hudson and Julie Macpherson of Normal; her grandchildren, Robert Holder (Jenny) of Hudson, Amy Tague (Kyle) of Hudson, Brett Thompson (Nicola) of Hudson, Josh Thompson (Jackie) of Morton, Chris Macpherson (Sammie) of Normal, Jenny Macpherson of Normal and Melissa Macpherson (Derek Smith) of Bloomington; and also Mike.

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service at the Hudson United Methodist Church will be livestreamed at 10 a. m. Saturday, August 22, 2020.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hudson United Methodist Church or to a charity of the donor's choice.
