She is survived by: her husband Jack Lee Phillips; her children, Amy Beernink (Bryan) and Brian Phillips (Monica); and her grandchildren, Dustin Beernink (Kaitlyn), Lindsey Beernink, Benaiah, Isaiah, Edmund and Caleb Phillips.
