She was predeceased by: her parents, Merlin Richard and Loretta Richard (Langhoff). She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Keeran; her sons, Todd Keeran (Allison) of Lexington, IL and Bradd Keeran of Hudson; her siblings, Ken Richard (Judi Herr) of Gridley and Sandra Sieg of Hudson; and her grandchildren, Joshua and Megan Keeran of Lexington, IL.
In lieu of flowers, Kathy wanted toys or stuffed animals, donated to St. Jude Children's Hospital or a monetary.
