Waugh of Hudson, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on August 10, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Eaton (Brenda) of Kansas City, KS, Ashley Waugh of Hudson, IL and Courtney Prather (Verl) of Atlanta, IL; his grandchildren, Presley Eaton of San Antonio, TX, Ethan Waugh of Hudson, IL, Adalee Prather of Atlanta, IL and Kyleigh Smith-Waugh of Hudson, IL; and his sisters, Susan Sprague and Lynn Stephens of Lakeland, FL..
