Ummel of Hudson, Illinois, born in Danvers, Illinois, who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Ummel and Gertrude Miller Ummel; and his wife Wanda M. Crump. He is survived by: his sons, Don (Shelly) of Towanda, Mike of Hudson, Greg (Amy) of McLean, Keith (Erin) of Forrest, Gary (Mel) of McLean and Larry (Michelle) of LaSalle-Peru. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren.
