It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard W. McGee Jr. of Hoyleton, Illinois, who passed away on December 11, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sr. McGee and Anna McGee (Carter); his former wives, Rena Walkwood and Rena McGee; his siblings, Mary Lou Morland (Don), JoAnn Stader (Bill) and Jess McGee; and his stepson Denver Pryor.
He is survived by: his wife Lois McGee (Blankenship); his stepchildren, Garry Pryor (Joyce) of Centralia, Kim Poehlmann (Karl) of Florida, Karen Ford (Kenny) of New Baden and Dallas Pryor of Florida; and his brother Stanley McGee (Loraine) of Dongola, Illinois. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
