She was predeceased by: her parents, George F. Thomas and Alta Crumbaker Thomas; her husband Milt Irwin; her brother Earl Thomas; and her great grandchild Olivia Otto.

She is survived by: her children, Kay Lindley (Harold) of Morton, IL, Bette Jane Otto (Bruce) of Minier, IL, Alan Irwin (Kathy) of Graham, NC, Bill Irwin (Diane) of Oregon, IL, Gary Irwin (Susan) of Galion, OH and Colleen Browning (Jim) of Hudson, IL; and her grandchildren, Richard Lindley (Holly) of Martinsville, IN, Todd Lindley (Rhonda) of Lawrenceville, GA, Jeremy Lindley (Amy) of Morton, IL, Jennifer Otto of Bradenton, FL, Joel Otto (Jeanne) of Beloit, WI, Jed Otto (Lindsay) of Minier, IL, Keith Irwin of Martinez, GA, David Irwin (Heather) of Knoxville, MD, Dawn Irwin of Mt. Prospect, IL, Kevin Irwin (Emily) of Normal, IL, Doug Browning (Allie) of Downs, IL and Laura Browning of Bloomington, IL. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
