With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman E. Haley of Hopedale, Illinois, born in Clinton, Illinois, who passed away on December 7, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Haley and Cleo Stivers Haley; and his son Robert Haley. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Haley of Hopedale; his son Larry Haley (Deanne Cooper) of Clinton; his grandsons, Justin Haley (Jessie) of Mackinaw and Seth Haley (Rachel) of Mackinaw; and his sister-in-law Iris Maxwell of Clinton. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
