It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary L. Rowell of Hopedale, Illinois, who passed away on December 6, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Mary may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lay and Emma Lay (Knapp). She is survived by: her son Randy Rowell (Lu Ann); her granddaughter Krystal Veginski (Bryan); and her great grandchildren, Oliver and Owen.
