He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Gollnitz and Selma Gollnitz; his wife Dorothy Brants; his sister Arlene Evans; his children, Diane Casey and Michael; his son-in-law Kent Blackert; his grandson Wayne Jenkins; and his niece Kim Dahms.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Brizzolara of Davenport, IA, Dixie Korch of Davenport, IA, Lynnette Blackert of Prophetstown, IL, Tonya Adams (Mitch) of Colona, IL, Harold Brants, Jr. (Connie) and Ted Brants (Lisa) of Hooppole, IL.. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
