It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ferne Gerber of Hooppole, Illinois, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on July 23, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Wolf and Elizabeth Wolf; her husband Milton Gerber; her sister Oleta; and her great grandchild Alexander Gerber.
She is survived by: her sons, Edwin Gerber (Kay), Gary Gerber (Laura) and Merle Gerber (Marcia); her grandchildren, Mark Gerber (Laura), Rhonda Arsenault (Lance), Kellie Messman (Tom), Jennifer Ruiz (Jose), Audra Gerber, Jason Gerber (Kellie), Jeff Gerber (Katrina), Robert Gerber, Daniel Gerber (Alexandra) and Bradley Gerber (Teresa); and her sister-in-law Betty Gerber. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
