With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William L. McNeely Sr. of Hoopeston, Illinois, who passed away on November 11, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan L. "Ike" McNeely and Hylma Fae McNeely (Whiteman); his former wife Sandra Jo Kietzmann; his son William L. "Billy" McNeely, Jr. (Darlene); his siblings, Marlene McNeely, Florence Davis, Nancee Mathew, Pat and Joe McNeely; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy McNeely, Andy Stone, Howard Johnson, Don Frazier and Bob Mathew.
He is survived by: his fiancée Brenda Eastburn; his daughters, Lori Shipman (Greg) of Hoopeston, IL, Teri McNeely (Darrell Estes) of Hoopeston, IL and Kasey Moore (Kevin) of Hoopeston, IL; his siblings, Myrna Johnson of Hoopeston, IL, Sharon Frazier of Hoopeston, IL, Maureen Klein (Marty Hambleton) of Elburn, IL, Dana Mitola (Dan) of Auburndale, FL, Lauren Rutledge (Tommy) of Cherokee Village, AR, John "Jack" McNeely of Penfield, IL, Tim McNeely of Rankin, IL and Mike McNeely (Cathy) of Bailey, NC; his siblings-in-law, Chuck Davis and Patricia McNeely; his grandchildren, Brandon, Melia, Miranda, Chelsea, Alex, Brady and Corey; and his great grandchildren, Delaney, Clayton, Rylan, Lillianna, Reagan, Josey, Maddie, June and Maverick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
