He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Schwarz and Sofie Schwarz (Schuster); his son David Michael Schwarz; his siblings, Anneliese Shӓfer and Hans; and his sister-in-law Maureen.
He is survived by: his daughter Heidi Marie Schwarz (David Hoffman) of Rantoul, IL; his grandsons, Jacob David Schwarz and Zachary William Schwarz; and his nieces, Anneliese Smolic (Tom) and Maureen Malecki.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (427 E Main St, Hoopeston, IL 60942). A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Auburn Cemetery (4101 Oak Park Ave, Stickney, IL 60402).
