He is survived by: his wife Lynne Slaughter (Hollingsworth); his children, Rhonda Slaughter and Thomas JoDale Slaughter; his siblings, Thurman Slaughter, Shelby Slaughter and Darlene Oakley (Slaughter); and his stepchildren, Harold Michael, Bill Michael and Beth McCue. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
