He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth E. Foster and Lila Foster (Swartz); and his wife Sandra Dee Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Lacy Lynette Foster of Savoy, IL and Darran Neil Foster of Colfax, IL; his stepdaughters, Tiffani Dugle (David) and Rachel Sollars (Ben); his brother David Foster (Pat) of Wellington, IL; his grandchildren, Darran Foster, Levi Foster, Britney Huckleby, Jelainey Schmidt (Eric) and Lance Meuser; and his great grandchildren, Brielle, Calvin, Reed Foster and Logan Mary Schmidt. He is also survived by five step-grandchildren.
