She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmitt James and Pearl James (Williams); her former spouse Rabon Hinkle; and her husband Rodger Masden. She is survived by: her children, Teri Hardin (Jesse) of Delphi, IN and Mark Hinkle (Valarie) of Wellington, IL; her grandchildren, JoHanna Gash (Dan), Cody Hinkle (Karina) and Lauren McIlrath (Conor); her great grandchildren, Madison Aranda (Enrique), Morgan Debban (Isaiah), Nathaniel, Colby, Alijah Gash and Turner McIlrath; her great great grandchild Haven Grace Aranda; and her sister Delphia Carlisle of Merrillville, IN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
