She was predeceased by: her parents, Santos Espino and Josefa Espino; her daughter Nora Elia Cruz; her daughter-in-law Elida Rojo Rodriguez; and her siblings, Pablo Espino, Juan Espino, Julia Resendez, Gerardo Espino and Chata Espino.
She is survived by: her children, Jose Luis "Joe" Rodriguez, Robert Rodriguez, Maria Graciela "Gracie" Solis (Ramon), Olga Lydia Mayer (Paul), Lionel Armando Rodriguez, Corina Rodriguez and Nancy Rodriguez Spadaro (Stephen); and her siblings, Maria Andrea Espino, Gonzalo Espino and Cata Villarreal. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Anthony Catholic Church in Hoopeston, IL or Saint James Catholic Church in Seguin, TX, or an offering of a helping hand to a senior citizen or children in need.
