He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxwell Lacy and Helen Lacy (Stringham). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Rhodes; his sons, Phillip Lacy (Amy) of Oakwood, IL and Matthew Lacy (Traci) of College Station, TX; his brother Richard Lacy (Lynnell) of Urbana, IL; and his grandchildren, Allison, Elizabeth, Maxwell and Catherine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
