He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert L. Cloud and Mary Cloud Rives (Crumpton); his siblings, Ethel Probasco (Don), Russell and Robert Cloud; his niece Mary Wilken (Probasco); and his nephew Little Robert Cloud.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie M. Scott; his children, Debbie Henning (Dan) of Ilion, NY, Rhonda Bury of Bloomington, IL, Dana Thomas (Kevin) of Danville, IL, Beth Thrasher (Jeff) of Maryville, TN, Timothy Cloud (Kat) of Queen Creek, AZ, Scott Cloud (Rosemary) of Lakewood Ranch, FL and Dean Cloud (Heather) of Hoopeston, IL; his sister-in-law Ruthine Cloud of Kansas City, MO; and his nieces and nephews, Mark Cloud, Brian Cloud, Linda Weinstein and Terri Johnson. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
